All issued credits are valid for 90 days and can be accessed in the form of coupon codes, which are single-use only.

Our shipping policy ensures traceable, safe, and secure delivery. In the rare event that a package is lost or defective, we will investigate and take necessary action, including crediting, replacing, or refunding the order.

If you are unsatisfied with the products, returns may be accepted. Return shipping costs for defective products or incorrect orders will be covered by us. For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
